My Heroes:My Parents

Hero. . . who do we consider as a hero? What made them as a hero to you? These are the some questions in my mind that need to be answered.
For me, a hero is someone who touches lives of others. A person who did something great to others, may it be a friend, a neighbor, a classmate, a relative and love ones. I am indeed grateful that I have given the privilege to talk the heroes of my life- these are my parents. I owe my life to them., without them I will not be here in this world. My parents provided with love and attention that everybody is longing to have. They reared me so well and they imbued in me in the values of being honest, obedient, polite, considerate and humble. I can see their effort to provide me everything and most of all everything will be useless and in vain without faith in God. I often heard them say that what ever we do, where ever we are, we should always ask for the guidance of the Lord. My parents like the other parents are not perfect. They also have their imperfections; but it doesn't matter, what matters most is that they love me and they are ready to fight for my rights; especially when they know that I was not able to defend myself because I do not have the courage to do so.
If I will given a chance to choose a parents again, I will right away choose my parents, my HEROES who all the way supported me and love me. I am not be of what I am now if not because of them. They are the winds beneath my winds who carry me over and away from harm. They who rejoices with my victory and my comfort in time of sadness. I love my parents so much and I will always be proud of them the HEROES of my life.

Reflection

To acquire knowledge, one must study but to acquire wisdom, one most observe.
This maxim simply describe the learnings/discoveries that i have gained in our ICT class. Through the guidance of our teacher, I come to know the technical "know how"of computer.. From the basic encoding, surfing the net and posting a blog.
At first, it wasn't easy for me to do some of our activities. But through the patience of our teacher I was able to make it by my own. I must admit, I had an awkward feeling inside of me that I may not do it well and that I may log behind compared to my classmates. And  thanks God I was able to overcome this awkward feeling and I was able to face the challenge that confronted my way.
Moving on, I will strive harder to equip myself with the proper knowledge and skill on how to manipulate the computer and that I could also share what I've learn to my family and friends.

SONA: Reveal The Reality

The State Of The Nation Address "SONA" is a report given by the President of the country to let the people know a beat his accomplishments as well as his plans. The SONA is done yearly inorder to give an update of what had happened and what is actually happening in our country. How the President resolve the issues  that cofrants the country.
The SONA of the President was delivered in Filipino, for the believed that he can reached at out to all the people listening to his address. Using Filipino as his medium could be fully understood by his listeners. There so many issues being brought out the President and he is hopeful that all the things that our country has been facing will finally be solve one after the other in due time. He even emphasized that we should eradicate the crab mentality inorder to achieve peace and progress.
Let us not think of our personal safety and welfare but rather think of our fellowmen and the country as a whole.
